Oppo Reno 5 Speaker Issue After 13.0 Update Is Bothersome

I've been using the Oppo Reno 5 Lite for two years now and it's been smooth sailing until lately, after I installed the 13.0 update, I noticed the speaker quality went way down. The sound got all muffled and low, making it super unsatisfying to use.  always loved Oppo's devices because they work great and never let me down. Why would I have such a big issue after updating the software. Just so you know, my phone has never gotten wet or anything like that, so it's not an outside problem causing the issue. The issue is obviously because of the 13.0 update. the sound from the speaker is so messed up and it's totally killing the vibe.the sound quality sucks lately. It's ruining my vibe when I'm on the phone, jamming out, or trying to watch something. you gotta address this problem and come up with a fix, can't just ignore it.
