I've been using the Oppo Reno 5 Lite for two years now and it's been smooth sailing until lately, after I installed the 13.0 update, I noticed the speaker quality went way down. The sound got all muffled and low, making it super unsatisfying to use. always loved Oppo's devices because they work great and never let me down. Why would I have such a big issue after updating the software. Just so you know, my phone has never gotten wet or anything like that, so it's not an outside problem causing the issue.
