For the past two days, my Oppo Reno 5 Lite has been acting up in the most frustrating way. The volume buttons have gone rogue — they randomly turn the sound up and down on their own without me touching anything. This issue started right after I installed the latest software update. Ever since then, it feels like the phone is glitching constantly, with a new problem popping up every day.
Because of this malfunction, I can’t have a proper phone call, and watching videos on YouTube has become nearly impossible. It’s absolutely unacceptable that a basic function like volume control is failing on a smartphone that isn’t even that old. I bought this phone expecting quality, but this experience is nothing short of disappointing.
I urgently need support from Oppo to fix this. Whether it’s a software patch or a replacement, I expect this issue to be taken seriously and resolved immediately. This is not what I paid ₺ for. Do better, Oppo.
