Hello. A few months ago, my Oppo Reno 5 Lite accidentally fell into water. At first, it seemed to be working fine, but occasionally it would shut down on its own. I didn’t think it was a major issue at the time—I would just power it back on and continue using it.
However, things have now escalated. The phone constantly shuts itself off, even when I’m in the middle of doing something important. It’s become so frequent that the phone is barely usable. I’m wondering if there's a way to disable the power button through settings, or apply any kind of workaround to keep the device running without these interruptions.
Oppo, this phone still has so much potential if the shutdown issue could be fixed. I’m disappointed that a product with such a high price tag and brand reputation doesn’t offer better durability or user-level solutions. Please offer a clear fix or service support—this is extremely frustrating. I’m asking for your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
