Contacted Oppo Turkey both by calling them and messaging them on their website about my busted Oppo Enco X earbuds. I put in a request to get one of my earbuds replaced back in February. it's been so annoying trying to get a hold of them for the past three months. Every time I hit them up, they just tell me to "wait" without giving me any real answers. I heard Oppo was a solid company, but this is a letdown, basically, I was fooling myself by trusting a brand that doesn't care about its customers and doesn't fix problems with broken parts. really thought Oppo was all about quality and taking care of their customers, but they've been dragging their feet and not getting back to me. bummer. I thought they were supposed to be really good, but I guess not. I'm seriously doubting Oppo's honesty and their support system's dependability.
