For about 3 months, there has been no sound coming from the right side of my Oppo Enco Air model earphones. I purchased the product from the BİM store on Kızlarpınarı Street in Keçiören, Ankara, and paid by credit card. To fix the issue, I reset and cleaned the earphones, but it did not improve in any way. Also, despite trying to contact customer service multiple times, either the call is hung up on me or it is never answered. I have the invoice and warranty certificate for my product, but I do not have them with me right now. My earphones have a 2-year warranty.
Because the problem is persistent and permanent, I request repair or replacement as soon as possible. Additionally, since I am having serious trouble reaching customer service, I especially request that you contact me. I expect my issue to be resolved urgently. And the problem of no sound coming from the right side of the earphones is not only with me; I found many complaints about this on the complaint site, and solutions and responses were provided to them, but I was not even contacted. I called many times, could not reach anyone, and when I complained, I did not get any response.
