I purchased an Oppo A60 smartphone from Teknosa on November 27, 2024, only to discover that the camera was defective. Wh...en I reported this issue to Teknosa, they suggested it might be a software glitch and recommended several steps, such as resetting to factory settings. None of these solutions work
