Opel Crossland 1.2 Unresolved Issues and Costly Repairs

To meet my requirements, I purchased an Opel Crossland 1.2 with an automatic transmission from a Bursa dealership. However, because of my back hernia, I was unable to use it. When I arrived in Bodrum, the car kept giving me low tire pressure warnings and it felt like the shocks were damaged, causing constant shaking. Despite only driving 3,000 km in a year, I had to take it to the service center because the warranty had expired. The car now appears to be completely ruined, emitting raw gasoline and experiencing unexpected acceleration problems, even shifting into reverse without pressing the gas pedal. Furthermore, they charged me 750 tl to replace an unused air conditioner filter. I returned it to the service, and they said there were no problems. I demand a thorough inspection at the Opel main service center, as well as a replacement if a factory defect exists. Milas Opel Turgut's service suggested leaving it for three days for thorough diagnostics when they had less work. I'm not using it because it irritates me every time I enter. The shock or wheel balancing issues began on the first day, while other issues surfaced after routine service visits.

The service was detailed and attentive, they examined the issue and said it was normal. If nothing contrary is said when the warranty ends, I will thank them. Thank you...
