Premature Brake Issues with My 2022 Opel Corsa

I own a 2022 Opel Corsa 1.2 100 HP Benzin AT8, which is an accessible vehicle with a 5-year warranty. I took my car for its 2-year maintenance to the Gülan Opel Service in Istanbul/Sancaktepe. They informed me that the brake discs and pads would need to be replaced after just 5,000 km. My car is only at 20,500 km, and such a quick occurrence of this issue is abnormal. I am a careful and gentle driver, avoiding high speeds and sudden braking.

Additionally, in the second month after purchasing the car, I encountered a battery error, and a new battery was installed at the Bostancıoğlu Service in Istanbul/Kartal. Facing a second significant issue in a 2-year-old car affects my perception of the brand. Therefore, I request a thorough inspection and resolution of this problem under the warranty coverage.
