Opel Crossland 2023 Left Me Stranded and Dealer Failed to Resolve the Issues

I have a 2023 Opel Crossland 1.2 Turbo Elegance with 14,000 km, and I've been experiencing ongoing problems with it. I have visited the service centre four times, yet the issues are still not fixed. Every time I approached the Ordu Opel Dealer with my concerns, they brushed me off, insisting there was nothing wrong with the car, and sent me on my way. At the moment, my vehicle has a hard time starting, often stalls, and can’t even travel 10 meters without breaking down. This car, just a year old, has repeatedly left me stranded, leading to a lot of frustration. I am quite dissatisfied with the performance of the vehicle and the inadequate support I received from the authorised dealer. I would like to request a replacement vehicle to address this matter appropriately.
