I own a 2023 Opel Corsa 1.2 Turbo Elegance package, and it’s time for its first 10,000 km maintenance. Naturally, I decided to get quotes from different authorized service centers across Turkey, but I was shocked by the pricing differences due to Opel's free-market pricing system.
First, I contacted the Uşak service center, where they quoted ₺5,000, including the air filter. Then I called Diyarbakır, and they quoted ₺6,500, excluding the air filter. Elazığ quoted ₺7,500, and Şanlıurfa quoted ₺6,500. When I asked Elazığ about the ₺2,500 price difference, they simply replied, 'That's our price; you can have it done elsewhere if you prefer.'
I'm surprised by the inconsistency in Opel's pricing across different authorized service centers. We are forced to use authorized services to maintain the warranty, but this pricing inconsistency is frustrating.
