Unfortunately, they were unable to give any details about their expected return time, as they were currently occupied in a meeting. It appears that the store is being managed in a manner similar to a grocery shop. It's possible that the technician at the neighboring desk has stepped out for a meeting. I made it clear that I would bring up this matter in various forums, but the conversation was abruptly cut short. After making another call, I discovered that the office closes at 4 o'clock.
