Omron Nebulizer Stopped Working - No Customer Support
Our child is currently having an asthma attack because our nebulizer isn't working properly. I reached out to Omron's customer service through WhatsApp to report an issue. However, I was informed that I would have to buy the replacement part and pay for it. Unfortunately, I still haven't received a response on WhatsApp due to the large number of messages. When I reached out to Omron's main office, they mentioned their busy schedules as the reason. Emphasizing the importance, I asked to be guided to the technical service and volunteered to obtain the necessary spare part if necessary. Unfortunately, they were unable to give any details about their expected return time, as they were currently occupied in a meeting. It appears that the store is being managed in a manner similar to a grocery shop. It's possible that the technician at the neighboring desk has stepped out for a meeting. I made it clear that I would bring up this matter in various forums, but the conversation was abruptly cut short. After making another call, I discovered that the office closes at 4 o'clock.
