Omron Blood Pressure Monitor Lost After Repair? Bad Customer Service
I had to send my brand new Omron blood pressure monitor to the technical service because it was malfunctioning. Once the repair was completed, the device was promptly returned to me. Unfortunately, I had to return it using a courier service because the arm cuff couldn't be properly attached. Ever since that time, I still haven't gotten my hands on the device. I've made numerous attempts to contact the technical service, but unfortunately, they rarely answer the phone. It has been quite frustrating to reach them. Despite my efforts, they were unable to find any information about the status of my device in their system. In the end, it seems like the device is missing. Even after sending the requested shipping information multiple times to the email address they provided over the phone, I haven't received any responses. It's disappointing to see a brand like Omron with subpar representation and technical service in Turkey. I plan on escalating this issue to the Consumer Court.
