Omron C102 Nebulizer Dead on Arrival? No Support
I bought an Omron C102 nebulizer on 04.11.2023, but it didn't produce steam when we tried to use it because our son was sick. Even after reaching out to Omron's authorized service center with our complaint, we have yet to receive any response. It's quite frustrating to be unable to find someone to help us with our immediate need for the device during this illness. If you're not going to support the product you sell, it's best to refrain from making sales and leaving customers in a difficult situation. I kindly request a replacement of the product or a refund. I have no time to spare.
