Omron M2 Basic Blood Pressure Monitor Malfunction After 5 Months

I bought an Omron M2 Basic blood pressure monitor on July 7th, 2023. After giving it a try on multiple occasions, I decided to put it aside since it wasn't necessary. After a span of five months, I decided to utilize it once more, only to discover that it was no longer functioning. Consequently, I had to send it in for repair. Despite the fact that I had only purchased it less than six months ago, the service center claimed that the product's malfunction was due to user error. In addition, they kindly offered me a reduced price on a replacement. What would motivate me to make another purchase from you? The complete disregard and refusal to support the product is absolutely unacceptable. I want to share my personal experience to help prevent others from going through the same thing.

Such indifference is unacceptable; they don't even care. The 5-year warranty is a joke. You might as well throw your money away directly; at least that way, you won't be as disappointed. An unreliable brand.
