Problems with the New Omix X600 Update
Ever since the latest Omix X600 system update in September, my phone has been shutting down out of nowhere. It suddenly hangs up calls and stays off until it's plugged in, and this problem isn't just happening to me; other family members who use Omix are experiencing the same issue. The update you made is not an improvement at all. You're making it really difficult for us to send the phones for service, and on top of that, you're suggesting that there might be additional charges. Please fix this correctly; we spent a lot of money on your service. Someone needs to start doing their job properly. It's really annoying when your phone keeps shutting down because of a bad update. The user is asking for a quicker and more professional way to solve problems and get better updates. It's important to address these issues promptly and in a professional manner.
