Omio Ticket Showed Baggage Included but I Was Charged €60

I booked a flight on 11 July through Omio from Madrid to Barcelona with a stop in Palma de Mallorca. In the Omio ticket it was clearly written that baggage was included in the ticket price. However, at the airport check‑in desk I was told that baggage was not included and that I had to pay an additional 60 € to check my bag. I had no choice but to pay this unexpected fee, even though my Omio ticket showed that baggage should have been included. After this, I tried to contact Omio customer service, but the chatbot did not respond properly and I could not get real help or a clear answer about the issue. I request a full refund of the 60 € baggage fee that I had to pay at the airport, because according to my Omio ticket baggage was included and I relied on this information when buying the ticket through your platform.
