I purchased an AJet ticket through the Omio application for flight VF109 departing on June 7 at 2:10 PM. The ticket class was shown on Omio as “Basic / P Class,” and the screen clearly stated: “Basic = personal item, cabin baggage, non-refundable.” Because of this information, I specifically chose this ticket believing that cabin baggage was included.
However, when I later checked my reservation through AJet’s official website, I noticed that my ticket with PNR code 44nf29 showed no baggage allowance at all. The fact that the ticket was displayed on Omio as including cabin baggage, while appearing on the AJet system without any baggage rights, has caused serious frustration and confusion. The actual situation directly contradicts the information presented during the purchase process.
In order to report and resolve this issue, I repeatedly tried to access the Omio support chat within the application. Unfortunately, the support screen continuously remained blank and failed to load, making it impossible for me to contact the support team through the app.
I request that the “cabin baggage included” information clearly shown in the Omio application be correctly and fully reflected in the AJet system as well, and that the cabin baggage allowance be properly added to my ticket with PNR code 44nf29. I also expect the inconvenience caused by this incorrect or incomplete information to be resolved as soon as possible and that I receive a written explanation regarding the issue. I have also attached screenshots from both the Omio and AJet systems related to this complaint.
