On Tuesday, August 26, around 16:30, I converted 2999 USDT using the OKXTR iOS application. At the exact time of the transaction, the USDT/₺ rate was approximately 41.05, but my order was executed at 40.24 instead. As a result, I only received about ₺120,400, which is significantly lower than what I should have received if the trade had been processed at the correct exchange rate. My order details show the transaction ID: 225082621283500146236.
During the process, there were no internet connection issues, app crashes, or error messages. The transaction went through smoothly, yet the rate applied was not the live market rate at that moment. I have not yet been able to reach customer service regarding this discrepancy, but this situation has caused me financial loss.
I demand that this transaction be corrected at the accurate rate that was valid at the time of execution, and that the missing difference be credited to my account without delay. OKXTR must urgently review this case and compensate for the loss caused by the faulty rate execution.
