OKX P2P Issue: Blocked Money and Frozen Bank Transactions - Urgent
Hello OKX Support Team,
On May 7, 2025, I carried out two USDT sales via OKX P2P; however, the Turkish Lira amounts for both transactions are still blocked in my bank accounts. Here are the details of the transactions: (1) Order ID: 250507211237603 – 654.41 USDT sold for ₺26,000 to N*** D*** via Garanti BBVA FAST (IBAN: TR69 0006 2000 0082 0000 6599 ***), with a block code B016 showing “Under Review.” (2) Order ID: 250507212013243 – 843.19 USDT sold for ₺33,500 to M*** E*** K*** via the same IBAN and same warning. (3) An additional ₺23,000 FAST transfer outside OKX to F*** A*** via Ziraat Bank → Akbank (FAST Inquiry No: 4424624346) was also blocked by the bank, citing a “governor’s order” or “under review” status. The issue: I cannot access a total of ₺82,500 in cash, and internet/mobile banking transactions are frozen. As a full-time worker, I cannot visit the branch to provide documents or file an objection. All transactions are legal and properly documented. My expectations: (1) OKX should immediately contact the relevant banks and the FAST system to ensure these three transactions are marked as successful, (2) accelerate the unblocking process and provide me with an official update, and (3) help prevent similar issues in the future by coordinating with banks to ensure P2P transaction descriptions are correctly recognized. Attached are screenshots of the OKX transaction pages, bank FAST receipts, and SMS notifications. Due to the urgency of this matter, I kindly request your prompt support.
