OKX Suspended My Account Over Missing Sender Info—I Need Immediate Access Back

My OKX account has been suspended, most likely due to a recent transfer. I wasn’t aware that for transactions over ₺15,000, I was required to provide sender information. I mistakenly entered my own details in every required field, not knowing this was incorrect.

After my account was frozen, I did some research and realized my error. The USDT transfers in question came from airdrops I had participated in—not standard wallet-to-wallet transfers. Because they were airdrop rewards, I simply don’t have access to the sender’s full information.

Now, my funds are locked and I can’t access them. This is especially frustrating because I have time-sensitive payments I need to make. I urgently request that OKX reopen my account or provide a clear solution to verify the origin of the funds. I’m happy to cooperate and provide any additional info required. Please treat this issue with urgency—my financial responsibilities are being delayed.
