On OKX, I executed a buy-sell transaction within a time frame of just 2 to 3 minutes and somehow ended up losing ₺2,000. The price at which the trade was executed makes absolutely no sense. If USD actually hit that price at the specific moment of my transaction, I’ll accept the loss. But it didn’t. The platform’s pricing was completely off.
I don’t want generic responses like “order type matters” or technical justifications that dodge the real issue. My transaction history is crystal clear and timestamped. There’s no transparency, no fairness, and no accountability here. If this can happen in just two minutes, imagine the risk for larger trades.
OKX, I demand a proper explanation and reimbursement for this obvious price discrepancy. Others need to be warned—stay away unless you want to watch your money disappear in minutes.
