I deposited ₺26,000 into my OKX account to convert it into USDT. While I was about to send it out, I received a warning from OKX suggesting the destination address might be incorrect. Thankfully, I stopped the transfer—but right after that, my account was suddenly suspended. I received a message stating that an investigation had been initiated, and now I can’t access my account or my funds.

There was no fraudulent activity, no completed transfer—just a failed attempt I canceled after their own system warned me. Despite that, they locked me out with no clear explanation or support. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially when I urgently need access to my money.

OKX, I demand immediate action: review my case, lift the suspension, and return full access to my account and funds. This kind of user experience damages trust, and I won’t stay silent about it.
