I purchased a Nuxe Nuxuriance product from N11 with order number 208174328732 (barcode: 3264680034510). When I checked the product on the official UTS website, the result displayed the message: “Deficiency Notification Submitted.”

This raised serious concerns about whether the product I received is authentic and safe to use. I would like clarification on what this message means in the UTS system and whether my product is truly genuine.
