Nuxe Very Rose Cleansing Oil – Authenticity Concerns and Missing Packaging

I recently purchased Nuxe Very Rose Delicate Cleansing Oil, but upon checking its authenticity through the ÜTS system, I received a notification stating "incomplete status reported." This immediately raised concerns about whether the product I received is genuine and safe to use.

Additionally, when my order arrived, it was wrapped only in bubble wrap and missing its original box. For a skincare product from a reputable brand like Nuxe, I expect proper packaging and verifiable authenticity.

This situation is completely unacceptable, and I demand a clear explanation and resolution. If this product is not authentic or safe, I request an immediate refund or a replacement with a verified original product.
