Ducray Product Authenticity Concerns – Possible Fake & Skin Reaction

I purchased a Ducray product from a pharmacy, but when I checked its authenticity through a verification system, I received an unusual message (see attached photo). I have never encountered this issue with other Ducray products before. Is this product fake?
Additionally, after using it, my skin broke out in severe acne, which has never happened with genuine Ducray products. This further strengthens my suspicion that the product might be counterfeit or defective.
I demand an immediate explanation from Ducray regarding this issue. If this product is not authentic, customers deserve to know how and why such items are circulating in pharmacies. Please provide clarification and a solution as soon as possible.
