SVR Creme SPF 50+ Shows "Deficiency Reported" in PTS – Is It Authentic?
21

Today, I received the Laboratoire SVR Creme SPF 50+ Ar sunscreen, which I purchased online. However, when I checked its status on the PTS system, it displayed a concerning message: "Deficiency Reported."

I am now doubtful about the product’s authenticity and need clear confirmation from SVR. A skincare product, especially sunscreen, must be genuine and safe to use, and this kind of warning raises serious concerns about its quality.

I demand an immediate explanation regarding this issue. SVR, is this product authentic? If not, I expect a refund and clarification on how this was allowed to happen. Has anyone else encountered this? I need a response now!
