Ducray Products Missing PTS Registration – No Response from Seller or Brand
I purchased Ducray Keracnyl Serum and Melascreen Eye Contour Anti-Spots from Kozvit, a seller listed as an authorized retailer on Ducray’s official website. Along with these, I also bought a sunscreen and toner.
When I checked the ÜTS (Product Tracking System) to verify authenticity, I saw a notification stating "missing information" for these two products. Concerned, I emailed Ducray but received no response. I also contacted Kozvit, and they dismissed my concerns, stating:
ÜTS registration is at the discretion of the brand.
The absence of a registration does not indicate the product is counterfeit.
This would be the case even if I had purchased from another seller.
I should contact Ducray’s customer service directly.
Despite reaching out multiple times, I have yet to hear back from Ducray. Should I use these products or return them? If a return is necessary, I need a response within the legal return window. I demand an urgent clarification!
