I had previously used the L'Occitane Shea Hand Balm (150ml) and was very satisfied. Based on that experience, I purchased two more before the New Year price increases. However, I deeply regret this decision. The product caused redness, stinging, and a painful burning sensation on my hands and even my arms.

At first, I thought the issue might be unique to me, but my spouse tried it and experienced the exact same burning sensation, similar to pouring alcohol on an open wound. As I transferred the balm into a clean container, I no longer have the original packaging, but I demand a proper investigation.

I spent ₺2000 on these products, and I request a full refund immediately. This inconsistency in quality is unacceptable. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
