Nutella App Rewards Always “Sold Out”

I have been using the Nutella app for a long time, and I currently have nearly 4,000 points accumulated in my account. I especially want to redeem my points for the Tefal crepe pan and the holiday sweater rewards, and I even receive notifications when they become available. However, the moment these rewards appear in the app, it instantly shows “sold out,” and I am unable to select them.

For almost a year, I have been checking the app regularly—at least twice a week—yet I still haven’t been able to redeem the rewards I want. On top of that, I am now receiving warnings that my points will expire soon, and losing all the points I worked so hard to collect without being able to claim the rewards is extremely frustrating. I have not been able to reach customer service or contact anyone about this issue.

I request that Nutella make the rewards I want truly accessible before my points expire, clearly explain why items are immediately marked as “sold out,” and take action to resolve this situation so I do not lose the points I have earned.
