Nutella Limited Stock Complaint — Items Sell Out in Seconds

I have been following Nutella’s sweater campaign for a long time. Whenever the sweaters come back in stock, I immediately open the app, but within seconds I get a “no stock available” warning and the item appears to be sold out instantly. I have been experiencing this for days—actually for almost a year—and I still have not been able to get a sweater.

I currently have a total of 2,300 points in the app, yet I am unable to use them. I spent a long time earning these points, but due to constant stock shortages, I am unable to redeem them for a sweater, which is extremely frustrating. Additionally, it is stated that all points will expire on January 1, meaning that at this rate all the points I worked hard to collect will be completely wasted.

I request that Nutella ensure a transparent and fair stocking process, provide adequate inventory so that I can redeem my points for a sweater, and resolve the issue that will arise from the expiration of my points.
