Nutella Rewards Not Redeemable — Items Always “Out of Stock”

I have accumulated 3,975 points in the Nutella app over the past year, and I have been trying to redeem these points first for the Nutella knife and then for the Nutella sweater, but I still haven’t been able to get either item. The moment I receive a restock notification, I immediately open the app, but it keeps giving errors, and right after that, it says “out of stock.” For the Nutella sweater as well, I waited with my phone in hand minutes before the drop, yet I got the same error messages followed by “out of stock.”
I do not believe this is a genuine stock shortage because many users are experiencing the same issue and complaining about it. When I contacted customer service, I only received generic responses like “the stock is gone, keep checking,” and no real solution was provided.
I want to receive the rewards I have earned after collecting these points for such a long time. I request that the Nutella sweater and Nutella knife be sent to my address without any additional charges, in exchange for my points, as I am rightfully entitled to them.
