Nutella App Ran Out of Free Christmas Sweaters Despite Adding to My Cart

I wanted to participate in the free Christmas Sweater campaign on the Turkey Nutella app. Although I added it to my cart and confirmed, the stock was sold out. It’s frustrating that despite acting quickly, I couldn’t complete my order. This raises serious concerns about how stock management is handled. Does Ferrero distribute the sweaters to friends and family instead? There are 2 or 3 listings on the Dolap app. How is it possible for someone to buy and sell 3 to 5 sweaters when the stock is instantly sold out for customers? Ferrero Marketing Team and Internal Audit Team, I invite you to fulfill your responsibilities. Do not allow actions that undermine customer trust!

The response was not satisfactory. It was stated that a total of 100 units were stocked and sold out within 6 to 9 seconds. My questions are: Why are only 100 units being stocked, can't a system be set up where only those with points can purchase? How can the same person buy multiple units and sell them? Why do you keep people waiting on the app for minutes only to give a sold-out warning at the confirmation stage, why don't you have a cart reservation/block feature? In my last attempt, I reached the confirmation stage within 3 seconds, yet I still couldn't purchase despite having all my information ready. We also haven't received any feedback from the internal audit team, items are being distributed to friends and acquaintances, and despite so many complaints, no one is doing anything. Our connection to the brand is being damaged.
