My Knight Online Account Got Permanently Banned After a False Report
On August 17, 2025, I tried to log in to Knight Online, but I received a “tpt cr” error message and was unable to access my account. After investigating, I discovered that my account had been permanently closed.
I had recently purchased this account through Ring for about $235, and over time I have also made additional in-game purchases totaling around $1,170. I have receipts for all these transactions.
When I contacted NTTGame’s support team to learn why my account was closed, I was told that “you were reported for using offensive language.” However, I never used profanity or insulted anyone. In fact, it was the other player who insulted me, and the incident only happened once. Despite this, my account was permanently banned, and the NTTGame team’s response was “don’t contact us again,” which I find highly unprofessional and unfair.
I have also experienced a similar issue with my other account, “voldemor63.”
My in-game username is “voldemor66”, and my website login ID is “alikan1257.”
I request that my account ban be lifted and that a detailed investigation be carried out. Otherwise, I will proceed with legal action, including a lawsuit for financial and emotional damages, supported by my payment receipts and all correspondence.
I expect an urgent review and resolution of this issue.
