Unfair Diamond Deduction and Extra Charges in Mobile Legends

I bought ₺125 worth of diamonds and an additional ₺25 in Mobile Legends. However, when I checked my account, I saw that an extra ₺125 was charged. I filed a complaint, and the amount was refunded, but now my account shows -270 diamonds, claiming I obtained them unlawfully. This is completely false, and I can’t even find customer support to resolve the issue.

I’m also tired of getting unfair penalties in the game. I write one sentence in chat, and it’s flagged as offensive, and I can’t report it. I talk normally in voice chat, yet someone complains, and I’m banned again. If you can’t fix these problems, then do something about it. I know the extra ₺125 was taken during the game, and I expect my penalty to be removed immediately. You’re trying to take advantage, and if I hadn’t noticed, you would’ve taken that money without me knowing.
