Tango Support Won't Respond to Email About Suspended Account

Subject: Request for Review and Official Response Regarding My Suspended Account
Dear Authority,
My account on the Tango – Live Stream & Chat app, registered under the username "Pusat123" and the email address r***************@gmail.com, was suspended on November 28, 2025, without any warning, notification, or explanation. Following this action, I cannot access my account and I also cannot use my existing token balance.
Since the in-app support section only has pre-written response options, I was unable to communicate my situation in detail. Subsequently, no response has been made by your team to the email I sent to [email protected].
While I believe I have not committed any rule violation, I am experiencing hardship due to the fact that no information has been provided to me regarding why my account was suspended. Accordingly, I am officially requesting:
That I be notified in writing of the reason for my account suspension,
That my account be reviewed and reactivated if an unjust action has occurred,
That the token balance in my account be refunded.
I submit for your information that I expect a clear response from you as soon as possible to resolve my grievance.
