Knight Online NPoints Not Received After ESN Code Redemption
On the evening of August 26, I purchased 3,200 NPoints for my Knight Online account through NTTGame’s official website, using an ESN code and paying about $51 by credit card. However, even though the code was successfully redeemed, the NPoints never appeared in my account balance.
My account username is Conur5761.
After noticing the issue, I immediately submitted a support ticket, but it’s been two days and I still haven’t received any response or update. The ticket hasn’t even been reviewed yet. I’ve never experienced this type of issue before.
I request that my account be reviewed and that the missing NPoints be credited to my account as soon as possible.
