My Knight Online Account Was Hacked and All Items Were Lost
On September 5, 2025, I experienced a serious issue with my character “t*” on the Dryads server. Within about an hour, all of my in-game items disappeared, and I suspect that my account was hacked.
Even though I had the OTP (One-Time Password) system enabled and never shared my password with anyone, unauthorized access was still gained to my account. This clearly shows that the OTP system is not secure, and I hold the company responsible for this security failure.
The lost items include:
+9 Raptor, +8 Raptor Reverse, +5 Dragon Scale Set Reverse, +2 Iron Necklace, +2 Iron Belt, +3 Dual Minotaur, +3 Dual Hero’s Valor, +1 Lugias Reverse, 150m Coins, +1 Reverse Dragon Set, and various other items stored in the inventory.
My total financial loss is approximately $1,350–$1,500.
Additionally, my password was changed automatically, and I even received a password change notification email, further proving that a security breach occurred.
I submitted a support ticket, but I was informed that item restoration would not be done and that the responsibility lies solely with the user. However, this incident clearly proves that the OTP system is unreliable.
I expect NTTGame to either restore all my lost items or compensate me for the financial loss I suffered. I request that my issue be resolved and my account be secured immediately.
