On April 2, 2025, my League of Legends account was stolen, and despite submitting extensive documentation to Riot Games, my issue remains unresolved. I immediately reported the unauthorized access and provided email logs showing account activity, receipts of in-game purchases, detailed account information, and even screenshots and photos supporting my identity and ownership of the account.
Shockingly, Riot Games responded by saying that the evidence I submitted was not sufficient. This is completely unreasonable. The amount of clear, verifiable proof I provided leaves no doubt that I’m the rightful owner of the account. It’s painfully obvious that my submitted materials haven’t even been properly reviewed.
As a long-time player who’s invested both time and money into this game, I feel completely ignored and unprotected. Riot’s support process is frustratingly unresponsive and dismissive, which only worsens the experience of being hacked. I demand immediate action to review my case properly and restore my account. Riot must be held accountable for providing real support to victims of account theft.
