I had ₺1203 in bonus credits on my Novakid account, but the platform wouldn’t allow me to use them during payment. While Novakid always offers a 25% discount, they don’t let you combine this with bonus credits. If you try to use the bonus credits instead, the discount is significantly less than 25%. This makes the so-called bonuses useless, as they sit in the account with no practical benefit.
Additionally, automatic payments are impossible to cancel unless you deactivate your card. Novakid charged me extra each month, claiming the bank took a commission, which is unacceptable. Despite staying for my daughter’s speaking practice, technical issues and payment problems ruined the experience. I’m no longer continuing my membership. Avoid using your credit card for auto-pay to prevent similar frustrations. Novakid, address these issues and improve your service!
