BDG Game Deposit Not Credited After Paytm Payment

On 13/02/2026 at around 11:08, I deposited an amount of 5000 (five thousand) via Paytm to BDG game, to the beneficiary Jai Mata Di Enterprises. However, this deposit has not been reflected in my game account, and I have not received the service I paid for. When I contacted Paytm customer support, they informed me that the deposit had been successfully credited to Jai Mata Di Enterprises. Despite this, I still do not see any corresponding balance or benefit in the BDG game. Since the payment has gone through and I have not received what I paid for, I kindly request that my amount of 5000 be refunded to my Paytm account as soon as possible. I expect a clear explanation of what went wrong and a prompt resolution of this issue.
