Novakid's Price Hike Shock
I signed up for a 12-month English membership with Novakid back in July, but to my dismay, on October 4, 2023, I discovered that the membership fee had skyrocketed by an additional 800 TL. When I initially joined, I was informed that my monthly fee for the full 12 months would be 2774 TL. However, just three months in, the fee has inexplicably risen to 2590 TL. I'm unable to afford this sudden increase, and it leaves me wondering why Novakid even offered a 12-month membership in the first place. I'm utterly frustrated with this unexpected price hike. It's disheartening when a company doesn't honor the terms initially agreed upon. Novakid's decision to increase the membership fee so significantly has left me in a difficult financial situation. I'm seeking answers and a resolution to this issue, as this is not what I signed up for.
