Novakid Charges Monthly but Blocks Lesson Selection

I have been paying for my Novakid membership every month without fail, yet for both October and November, I was not allowed to select lessons for a full week each time. Despite paying the full fee, they deny my access and claim I don’t have the right to choose lessons. I have been trying to explain this to customer service for over a week, but they fail to understand or resolve the issue.

This happened last month as well. Although it was eventually corrected, the constant need to prove my case is exhausting and unfair. If I’m paying, I expect full access to my lessons. Novakid is unreliable and mismanages payments versus services. I will switch providers as soon as my membership ends in December. Why should I pay if they don’t let me use the service? Fix this immediately!
