Hornet Suspended My Device – No Response from Support

I am unable to access my Hornet account because it says my device has been suspended, but I have no idea why. I have reached out to support multiple times, but I still haven’t received any response or explanation.
If there is an issue with my account, I should at least be notified and given a chance to fix it. However, Hornet’s support system is completely unresponsive, making it impossible to understand what went wrong or how to resolve it.
Hornet, please address this issue immediately! If you have a support system, then it should actually be functional and helpful. I need a clear answer as to why my device was suspended and how to regain access. Fix this now!
