On September 23, 2025, I purchased a Nine West NW-2660SVGB model wristwatch. About a month later, I noticed that the watch allowed water inside even during simple handwashing. Since the product is still under warranty, I find it unacceptable that such a problem occurred after such a short time and with minimal water exposure.
I have not yet contacted Nine West customer service or the store regarding this issue. I request that my product be evaluated under warranty and that it be replaced as soon as possible.
