Nine West Sandal Quality Issues and Failed Repair Request
Hello, I purchased a pair of sandals from Nine West at the end of June. However, on the first day, the protective rubber on the heel began to twist. I took it back to the store and requested a repair, but since I didn’t have the receipt that day, they said they could only offer a repair, which I accepted. After the repair, the heel continued to twist, and I also noticed that the color of the sandal had started to fade and deteriorate. I later found the receipt, brought it back to the store, and sent the sandals in for review. The response I received was negative. I’ve only worn the sandals a handful of times, no more than 10, and yet they’ve worn out this quickly. I paid a lot for what turned out to be poor quality, and I want my issue resolved.
