Nine West Did Not Care About My Complaint!

I'm really upset that Nine West hasn't responded to my complaint. I had an accident because there was a nail left inside a pair of boots I bought from a store called FLO. The boots were from the brand Nine West. Even though I gave the hospital documents, Nine West's customer service didn't seem to care at all. They just said, "We're sorry about your accident, but there's nothing we can do." Do you provide this level of service every day? I've filed complaints with consumer authorities and other relevant channels, and I won't give up until I get compensated. I really recommend not shopping from this brand so you don't end up like me.
