About 10 days ago, I bought a pair of Nine West shoes that I only wore for two hours, but they left my feet sore and stained. Despite being marketed as "100% leather," I returned the shoes for inspection, hoping for an exchange. However, the staff at FLO Milas warned me upfront, even before processing the request, that they would likely classify it as "user error." I don’t believe they’ll approve the exchange, and I’ve been sharing this experience with everyone I know. To make matters worse, the store claims they aren’t responsible, saying it’s between me and Nine West. It’s frustrating because they didn’t mention this when I bought the shoes, promising warranties and rights. Clearly, I won’t be shopping at FLO again.

I had issues with a pair of shoes from the Nine West brand, which were said to be 100% leather, regarding dye transfer and causing blisters. Afterwards, the product was sent for evaluation, and the response I received was something like there was no manufacturing defect, but there might be an issue with the fit. It's like a joke! Let's say you didn't count the blistering - which I think is due to the use of materials in the construction that could cause an allergic reaction - what about the dye transfer? Am I supposed to pay money and also compromise my health with my own money? Also, why aren't the promises made at the time of sale being kept? Honestly, I would like a brand to prioritize customer satisfaction because the quality of a product is evident not while selling, but after it's sold. Anyway, I sent the product for reevaluation and explicitly stated that it transfers dye. Hopefully, they won't say 'there is no manufacturing defect' again.
