Nike Shoe Tears After 2 Weeks - Denied Warranty


I purchased a pair of Nike shoes for my daughter from the Sneaks AP website. After just two weeks of use, the shoe started to tear open on the side. We took the shoe to the Nisantasi store in Izmir, where it was sent for inspection. The employee there assured us that we would receive the inspection results via email or a call when the product arrived at the store. They took my daughter's phone number. About a month passed, with no calls or emails received. We contacted customer service, who informed us that the inspection was completed and there was no issue with the product; they said the shoe was at the store. When we returned to the store and asked why we weren't informed, we were directed to lodge complaints with the headquarters. So, despite paying ₺2700 for the shoes, they wore out after just two weeks without any impact or rubbing; yet, we couldn't get a replacement or a refund. We sent the product for inspection again. It's certain that there's no issue with usage, but Sneaks AP and Nike have left us severely disappointed. They don't stand behind the products they sell at all. The employees are another issue; if we hadn't called, we wouldn't have known the fate of the shoes. We will definitely not shop from that store again.
