Nike Soccer Cleats Tore After 3 Months—Store Blames Customer

16

I purchased a pair of Nike soccer cleats for my son from the Nike store in Ankara Cepa. After just three months of use, both shoes started separating at the toe area. Expecting quality from Nike, I took the cleats back to the store for an inspection, assuming they would stand behind their product.

Instead, the store blamed me, claiming it was due to user error. This is completely unacceptable. My son has been playing soccer for five years, and we have never experienced such poor durability with other brands.

I will pursue my consumer rights to the fullest, but I am also writing this to warn other buyers. If this is the level of quality Nike now offers, then customers should think twice before trusting the brand.
