I purchased a pair of Nike Air Force sneakers from the Sneaks Up store in Ankamall, Ankara on October 8, 2023. At the time of purchase, I was told that the shoes came with a 2-year warranty, which was a key reason I chose to buy from an official retailer.
However, just six months later, the left shoe began to separate—the leather and sole on the inner right side detached. I immediately returned the product to the store and explained the issue in detail. I handed over the shoes for review, expecting the warranty to be honored.
To my shock, I received a rejection within just 3–4 days of submitting the item—no clear reason was provided, and it felt like a rushed decision. I have owned this same model before and wore it for three years without any issue, so it’s clear this is a manufacturing defect, not user damage.
Sneaks Up and Nike, I’m requesting that this warranty claim be reassessed properly and that my issue be resolved fairly. This is not what I expected from a premium brand and a reputable store. I demand the product be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the promised warranty. Please act responsibly and restore customer trust.
